Morrow County is a county located in Oregon, in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. It is home to over 10995 people (2000 census). The July 2008 population estimate is 11140, giving it the eighth smallest population among Oregon's county. It has total area of 2048.53 square miles (5305.67 square kilometre), of which, 2032.38 square miles (5263.84 square kilometre) of it is land and 16.15 square miles (41.83 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Oregon's 16th largest county by total area.

The county's estimated population as of July 2008 was 11140, The racial or ethnic makeup of the county was 94.87% White, 0.39% Black or African American, 2.15% American Indian, 0.69% Asian, 0.11% Native Hawaiian, and 1.8% from two or more races.
