Morrow County, Ohio is a county located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 31628. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the county is 34455, making it the 19th least populous county in Ohio. The county spans an area of 407.36 sq mi (1055.06 sq km), of which, 406.22 square miles (1052.1 sq km) of it is land and 1.13 square miles (2.93 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 11th smallest by total area in Ohio.

As of the census of 2000, there were 31628 residents, 11499 households, and 8852 families in the county. The population density was 77.9 people per square mile (30.08/kmē), making it the 22nd least densely populated county in Ohio. There were 12132 housing units at an average density of 29.9 per square mile (11.54/kmē). The average household size was 2.72 people, and the average family size was 3.09 people. In the county the population is diverse age-wise, with 27.3% under the age of 18, 7.6% from 18 to 24, 29.3% from 25 to 44, 24.3% from 45 to 64, and 11.5% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 99.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 98 males. Its population was estimated at 34455 in July 2008, The racial or ethnic makeup of the county was 33703 White, 302 Black or African American, 107 American Indian, 76 Asian, 1 Native Hawaiian, and 266 from two or more races.
