Morrison Town is one of the town of Jefferson County, Colorado, located towards the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. It is home to over 430 people (2000 census). According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 415, It is the 84th least populous in the U.S. state of Colorado. The town extends throughout a territory of 2.21 square miles (5.72 square kilometre ), it is the 159th largest by area in the U.S. state of Colorado.

As of the census of 2000, there were 430 people, 125 households, and 73 families residing in the town. The population density was 194.7 people per square mile (75.17/kmē), giving it the 37th least densely populated town among the Colorado. There were 136 housing units at an average density of 61.5 per square mile (23.75/kmē). The average household size was 2.18 and the average family size was 2.82. In the town the population was spread out, with 11.9% under the age of 18, 4.7% from 18 to 24, 20.2% from 25 to 44, 19.5% from 45 to 64, and 43.7% who were 65 or older.
