Morris City is a one of the Okmulgee County, Oklahoma, located in Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. Morris City had an official population of 1294 in 2000. In July 2008, its estimated population was 1309, making it Oklahoma's 188th largest. Its area is just over 1.16 square miles (3 sq km), of which, 1.1 square miles (2.85 sq km) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 349th largest by total area among Oklahoma.

The racial makeup of the city was 72.87% White, 0.7% Black or African American, 19.55% American Indian, 0.08% Asian, 0% Native Hawaiian, 6.49% from two or more races and 0.31% Other races.
