Morrill County is a county in the United States of Nebraska. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Morrill County is home to 5440 inhabitants. The county's estimated population as of July 2008 was 4989, It is the 56th most populous county in the U.S. state of Nebraska. Its area is just over 1429.81 sq mi (3703.19 square kilometre), of which, 1423.75 square miles (3687.5 square kilometre) of it is land and 6.06 square miles (15.7 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the eighth largest by size in Nebraska.
