Moriches Cdp is a census designated place located in the Suffolk County, New York, United States. As of 2000 the population was 2319. It is the 542nd most populous in the U.S. state of New York. It covers total area of 2.18 square miles (5.65 kmē), of which, 1.95 square miles (5.05 kmē) of it is land and 0.23 square miles (0.6 kmē) of it is water, it is the 509th largest by area in the U.S. state of New York.
