Moriarty City, Torrance County, New Mexico is a city located in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. The city has a population of 1765 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 1952, It is New Mexico's 84th largest by population . The city comprises an area of 4.79 square miles (12.41 square kilometre), it is the 107th largest by area in the U.S. state of New Mexico.
