Moose Lake City, Carlton County, Minnesota is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. The city has a population of 2239 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 2386 in July 2008, making it Minnesota's 225th largest. The city extends throughout a territory of 3.13 sq mi (8.11 sq km ), of which, 2.76 square miles (7.15 sq km) of it is land and 0.37 square miles (0.96 sq km) of it is water, it is the 222nd largest in terms of geographical size.
