Monmouth City is a city in the Polk County, Oregon, United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 7741 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 9607, It is Oregon's 60th largest by population . Its area is just over 1.93 mi˛ (5 sq km), makes it the 130th largest by total area in Oregon.
