Monaca Borough is a United States borough located in the Beaver County, Pennsylvania, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Monaca Borough is home to 6286 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the borough is 5749, It is Pennsylvania's 220th largest by population . The borough spans an area of 2.5 square miles (6.47 square kilometre), of which, 2.09 square miles (5.41 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.41 square miles (1.06 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 278th largest by size in Pennsylvania.
