Moapa Valley Cdp, Clark County, Nevada is a census designated place located in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 5784 inhabitants. It is Nevada's 29th largest by population . The census designated place spans an area of 43.71 mi˛ (113.21 sq km), of which, 43.57 square miles (112.85 sq km) of it is land and 0.13 square miles (0.34 sq km) of it is water, it is the 22nd largest by area in the U.S. state of Nevada. It is ranks 12 in the size of its inland waterways in Nevada.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 5784 people, 1934 households, and 1526 families living in the census designated place. The population density was 132.7 people per square mile (51.24/km˛), it is the 47th most densely populated census designated place in the U.S. state of Nevada.
