Missouri City City is a city located in Fort Bend and Harris counties, Texas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Missouri City City is home to 52913 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 74723, making it Texas's 47th largest. The city has a total area of 30.41 square miles (78.76 square kilometre), of which, 29.7 square miles (76.92 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.72 square miles (1.86 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 75th largest by total area in Texas.
