Missouri City City, Missouri is a city of the Clay County, Missouri, United States. As of 2000 the population was 295. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 331, giving it the 619th largest population among Missouri. The city comprises an area of 1.13 square miles (2.93 kmē), of which, 1.02 square miles (2.64 kmē) of it is land and 0.11 square miles (0.28 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 381st largest by total area among Missouri.

As of the census of 2000, there were 295 people in the city, organized into 110 households, and 75 families residing in the city. The population density was 290.5 people per square mile (112.16/kmē), it is 98th least densely populated city in Missouri.
