Missaukee County, Michigan is a county of the United States of Michigan. In 2000, the population was 14478. The July 2008 population estimate is 15001, It is the 15th least populous county in the U.S. state of Michigan. The county has a total area of 573.82 miē (1486.19 kmē), of which, 566.75 square miles (1467.88 kmē) of it is land and 7.08 square miles (18.34 kmē) of it is water, it is the 17th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Michigan.

For every 100 males there were 100.5 females. For every 100 males age 18 and over, there were 102 females.
