Minto Cdp is a census designated place in the Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area, Alaska, United States. As of 2000 the population was 258. It is the 165th most populous in the U.S. state of Alaska. The census designated place encompasses an area of 138.63 sq mi (359.05 square kilometre ), of which, 135.05 square miles (349.78 square kilometre) of it is land and 3.58 square miles (9.27 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Alaska's 48th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 258 people in the census designated place, organized into 74 households, and 54 families residing in the census designated place. The population density was 1.9 people per square mile (0.73/kmē), it is Alaska's 69th least densely populated census designated place.
