Minneola City is a city located in Lake County, Florida, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The city has a population of 5435 as per the 2000 census data. The July 2008 population estimate is 9006, It is Florida's 404th largest by population . The city comprises an area of 3.23 square miles (8.37 square kilometre), of which, 3.06 square miles (7.93 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.17 square miles (0.44 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 475th largest by area in the U.S. state of Florida.
