Minneiska City is a one of the Winona and Wabasha counties, Minnesota, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 116 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 108, It is the 110th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The city comprises an area of 1.03 square miles (2.67 square kilometre), of which, 0.57 square miles (1.48 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.46 square miles (1.19 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 495th largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 116 people, 51 households, and 42 families living in the city. The population density was 204.6 people per square mile (79/kmē), it is 180th least densely populated city in Minnesota. There were 55 housing units at an average density of 96.5 per square mile (37.26/kmē). It has an average household size was 2.27 persons, and the average family size was 2.5 persons. In the Minneiska City, 15.5% of the population was under the age of 18, 5.2% were 18 to 24, 23.3% were 25 to 44, 37.1% were 45 to 64, and 19% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 114.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 117.8 males.
