Minerva Village is a city located in the Stark, Carroll and Columbiana counties, Ohio, United States. As of 2000 the population was 3934. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 3906, It is 323rd most populous in Ohio. The city comprises an area of 2.14 mi˛ (5.54 square kilometre), making it Ohio's 392nd largest by total area.
