Mineral Springs Town is a United States town located in the Union County, North Carolina, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Mineral Springs Town is home to 1370 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 2778, making it the 340th most populous in North Carolina. It covers total area of 7.57 mi˛ (19.61 sq km), of which, 7.56 square miles (19.58 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, it is the 109th largest in terms of geographical size.
