Mineral Point City is a United States city located in the Iowa County, Wisconsin, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 2617 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 2462, giving it the 198th largest population among Wisconsin. It is spread over 3.01 square miles (7.8 kmē), makes it the 224th largest by total area in Wisconsin.
