Minden City is a one of the Kearney County, Nebraska, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 2964 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 2802, It is the 47th largest by population in the U.S. state of Nebraska. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.64 sq mi (4.25 square kilometre), making it the 53rd largest by size in Nebraska.
