Milton Town is one of the town of Caswell County, North Carolina, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 132. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 124, It is the 32nd least populous in the U.S. state of North Carolina. The town comprises an area of 0.38 square miles (0.98 kmē), it is the 27th smallest in terms of geographical size.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 132 residents, 65 households, and 41 families in the town. The population density was 346.8 people per square mile (133.9/kmē), it is North Carolina's 150th least densely populated town. There were 86 housing units at an average density of 226.3 per square mile (87.37/kmē). The average household size was 2.03 persons, and the average family size was 2.51 persons.
