Milton City is a city located in Santa Rosa County, Florida, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. Milton City had an official population of 7045 in 2000. Its population was estimated at 8656 in July 2008, It is Florida's 342nd largest by population . Its area is just over 4.58 square miles (11.86 kmē), of which, 4.37 square miles (11.32 kmē) of it is land and 0.21 square miles (0.54 kmē) of it is water, making it Florida's 360th largest by total area.
