Milton Borough, Pennsylvania is a borough of the Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 6650 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 6359, It is 198th most populous in Pennsylvania. It has total area of 3.75 square miles (9.71 kmē), of which, 3.46 square miles (8.96 kmē) of it is land and 0.29 square miles (0.75 kmē) of it is water, it is the 161st largest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.

The population density was 1922.6 people per square mile (742.32/kmē), it is Pennsylvania's 661st most densely populated borough.
