Millwood Town is a town in the Spokane County, Washington, United States. In 2000, town's population was 1649 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 1613, making it Washington's 300th largest. The town extends throughout a territory of 0.72 mi˛ (1.86 square kilometre ), of which, 0.69 square miles (1.79 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 80th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Washington.
