Mills Town is a one of the Natrona County, Wyoming, located in Western Region (Mountain) of United States. The population of the town was 2591 as per the 2000 census data. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 3143, making it Wyoming's 27th largest. It has total area of 1.69 square miles (4.38 sq km), of which, 1.67 square miles (4.33 sq km) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 sq km) of it is water, making it the 127th largest by size in Wyoming.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2591 people in the town, organized into 1161 households, and 700 families living in the town. The population density was 1555.4 people per square mile (600.54/kmē), it is the 14th most populated town in terms of population density.
