Mills County is a United States county located in the United States of Iowa. In 2000, county's population was 14547 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 15113, It is the 54th largest county by population in the U.S. state of Iowa. It is spread over 439.67 sq mi (1138.74 kmē), of which, 436.53 square miles (1130.61 kmē ) of it is land and 3.13 square miles (8.11 kmē) of it is water, it is the 20th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Iowa.
