Millerstown Borough is a borough located in Perry County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The population of borough in 2000 stood at 679 as per the Census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 683, It is the 392nd smallest in terms of population. Its area is just over 0.92 square miles (2.38 square kilometre), of which, 0.86 square miles (2.23 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 769th largest by size in Pennsylvania.
