Miller County is a one of the county from Missouri's 115 counties and independent city, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. Miller County had an official population of 23564 in 2000. In July 2008, its estimated population was 24949, It is the 43rd largest county by population in the U.S. state of Missouri. The county encompasses an area of 599.94 mi˛ (1553.84 sq km ), of which, 592.26 square miles (1533.95 sq km) of it is land and 7.69 square miles (19.92 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 56th largest by total area among Missouri's county.
