Miller City is a one of the Hand County, South Dakota, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 1530 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 1341, making it South Dakota's 47th largest. The city extends throughout a territory of 0.95 square miles (2.46 sq km ), making it the 129th largest by size in South Dakota.
