Millen City is a city located in the Jenkins County, Georgia, United States. The city has a population of 3492 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 3450, making it the 179th most populous in Georgia. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 3.61 sq mi (9.35 sq km), makes it the 222nd largest by total area in Georgia.

As of the census of 2000, there were 3492 people, 1321 households, and 855 families living in the city. The population density was 966.9 people per square mile (373.32/kmē), it is Georgia's 145th most densely populated city. There were 1567 housing units at an average density of 434.1 per square mile (167.61/kmē). It has an average household size was 2.55 persons, and the average family size was 3.24 persons.
