Mill Village Borough is a borough in the Erie County, Pennsylvania, United States. The borough has a population of 412 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 386, making it Pennsylvania's 249th smallest. Its area is just over 0.91 square miles (2.36 sq km), it is the 773rd largest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
