Mililani Town Cdp is a town located in Honolulu County, Hawaii, in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 28608 inhabitants. making it the eighth most populous in Hawaii. It has total area of 3.93 sq mi (10.18 sq km), of which, 3.91 square miles (10.13 sq km) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 sq km) of it is water, it is the 58th largest by area in the U.S. state of Hawaii.

As of the census of 2000, there were 28608 people, 9010 households, and 7694 families residing in the town. The population density was 7319.1 people per square mile (2825.92/kmē), it would be the eighth most densely populated town in the U.S. state of Hawaii. There were 9280 housing units at an average density of 2373.4 per square mile (916.37/kmē). It has an average household size was 3.17 persons, and the average family size was 3.41 persons. In the town the population was spread out, with 27.2% under the age of 18, 9.2% from 18 to 24, 28.4% from 25 to 44, 28.1% from 45 to 64, and 7.1% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 99.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 98.1 males. The median age was 36.2 years, the median age of male residents at 35.4 and the median age of female residents at 37. The racial or ethnic makeup of the town was 20.38% White, 3.07% Black or African American, 0.19% American Indian, 46.93% Asian, 4.55% Native Hawaiian, 23.55% from two or more races and 1.33% Other races.
