Milford City, Dickinson County, Iowa is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 2474. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 2472, making it the 130th most populous in Iowa. It has total area of 2.26 mi˛ (5.85 square kilometre), it is the 165th largest by area in the U.S. state of Iowa.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2474 people, 1042 households, and 670 families living in the city.
