Mifflintown Borough is a borough in the Juniata County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population of the borough was 861 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 822, It is the 464th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough comprises an area of 0.14 sq mi (0.36 square kilometre), it is the 55th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
