Mifflinburg Borough is a borough located in Union County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The borough has a population of 3594 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the borough is 3517, making it Pennsylvania's 386th largest. Its area is just over 1.82 mi˛ (4.71 square kilometre), makes it the 427th largest by total area in Pennsylvania.
