Midwest City City is one of the city of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, located towards the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. It is home to over 54088 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the estimated population was 56394, It is the seventh largest in terms of population. Its area is just over 24.6 mi˛ (63.71 square kilometre), making it the 37th largest by size in Oklahoma.
