Midland Town is a United States town located in the Allegany County, Maryland, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 473 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 440, It is the 48th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Maryland. It has total area of 0.19 square miles (0.49 kmē), it is the 22nd smallest by area in the U.S. state of Maryland.
