Middletown Town is one of the town of Frederick County, Virginia, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 1015 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 1141, It is the 121st least populous in the U.S. state of Virginia. The town encompasses an area of 0.55 miē (1.42 kmē), it is the 45th smallest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1015 people in the town, organized into 409 households, and 281 families residing in the town.
