Micro Town is a town in the Johnston County, North Carolina, United States. It is home to over 454 people (2000 census). In July 2008, its estimated population was 537, making it the 139th least populous in North Carolina. It covers total area of 0.41 square miles (1.06 square kilometre), making it North Carolina's 33rd smallest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 454 people in the town, organized into 211 households, and 124 families living in the town. The population density was 1114.9 people per square mile (430.47/kmē), making it the 165th most densely populated town in North Carolina.
