Miami City is one of the city of Saline County, Missouri, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 160. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 153, It is the 192nd least populous in the U.S. state of Missouri. It covers total area of 0.63 miē (1.63 kmē), of which, 0.56 square miles (1.45 kmē) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 kmē) of it is water, making it Missouri's 531st largest by total area.
