Merrillan Village is a city located in Jackson County, Wisconsin, in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The city has a population of 585 as per the 2000 census data. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 565, making it Wisconsin's 166th smallest. The city encompasses an area of 1.33 square miles (3.44 sq km ), of which, 1.26 square miles (3.26 sq km) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 sq km) of it is water, making it the 412th largest by size in Wisconsin.

As of the census of 2000, there were 585 people, 76 households, and 48 families residing in the city. The population density was 464.2 people per square mile (179.23/kmē), it is 166th least densely populated city in Wisconsin. In the city the population was distributed as follows: 23.1% under the age of 18, 8.2% from 18 to 24, 25.6% from 25 to 44, 26.2% from 45 to 64, and 16.9% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 100.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 92.3 males.
