Mermentau Village is a city in the Acadia Parish, Louisiana, United States. The city has a population of 721 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 691, making it Louisiana's 109th smallest. The city has a total area of 2.3 square miles (5.96 kmē), of which, 2.13 square miles (5.52 kmē) of it is land and 0.17 square miles (0.44 kmē) of it is water, making it the 240th largest by size in Louisiana.

The population density was 337.9 people per square mile (130.46/kmē), making it the 113th least densely populated city in Louisiana.
