Merigold Town is one of the town of Bolivar County, Mississippi, located towards the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. The town has a population of 664 as per the 2000 census data. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 599, It is the 212th most populous in the U.S. state of Mississippi. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.97 sq mi (2.51 sq km), making it Mississippi's 62nd smallest by total area.
