Mekoryuk City, Alaska is a city of the Bethel Census Area, Alaska, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 210 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 210, making it the 185th most populous in Alaska. It is spread over 7.37 square miles (19.09 kmē), of which, 7.37 square miles (19.09 kmē ) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, making it Alaska's 87th smallest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 210 people in the city, organized into 73 households, and 48 families residing in the city.
