Medicine Bow Town is a town located in Carbon County, Wyoming, in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. Medicine Bow Town had an official population of 274 in 2000. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 267, It is the 106th most populous in the U.S. state of Wyoming. The town comprises an area of 3.46 square miles (8.96 sq km), makes it the 82nd largest by total area in Wyoming.
