Medical Lake City is a city located in the Spokane County, Washington, United States. In 2000, the population was 3758. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 4710, making it the 203rd most populous in Washington. Its area is just over 3.68 square miles (9.53 kmē), of which, 3.45 square miles (8.94 kmē) of it is land and 0.24 square miles (0.62 kmē) of it is water, it is the 238th largest by area in the U.S. state of Washington.
