Medford Lakes Borough is one of the borough of Burlington County, New Jersey, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 4173. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the borough is 4104, making it the 315th most populous in New Jersey. It is spread over 1.31 miē (3.39 kmē), of which, 1.2 square miles (3.11 kmē ) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 kmē) of it is water, it is the 128th smallest in terms of geographical size.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 4173 residents, 457 households, and 284 families in the borough. The population density was 3463.1 people per square mile (1337.11/kmē), giving it the 202nd most densely populated borough among the New Jersey.
