Mebane City, Alamance and Orange counties, North Carolina is a city located in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. Mebane City had an official population of 7284 in 2000. It has total area of 5.85 miē (15.15 kmē), making it the 146th largest by size in North Carolina.
