Meadowbrook Farm City is a city located in the Jefferson County, Kentucky, United States. The population of the city was 146 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 155, It is the 17th least populous in the U.S. state of Kentucky. It is spread over 0.03 mi˛ (0.08 square kilometre), it is the second smallest by area in the U.S. state of Kentucky.
